Great experience, helped walk me through the process. The group was very attentive to detail and was present during the whole install. Sid Gallagher and Dustin (PM's) were eager to assist and answer any questions or concerns I had. Jessica Kelly was so quick to respond and follow up when I had any questions prior to and during install as well. Highly recommend.

I spent a year and a half fighting my insurance company to get my roof repaired. Went through 2 denials. After calling Total Roofing I was given the "1st Class Treatment" from the office to the shingle, it was done in no time. Special thanks to:Hunter, Jim, Mike, Sid, and Dustin.Mike; the brains and leader behind the Group.Hunter, took the job on, until he moved to FL.Jim, was next, and helped me fight the battle and we won.Time to put the shingle to the roof.Sid and Dustin were here to ensure the roof was completed on time, installed correctly, cleaned-up completely, and my property returned to its original state. I was not home when they started, but arrived shortly after. Sid (the manager) and Dustin met me, by name, when I drove-up, and explained everything I needed to know from start to estimated finish. After our discussion, they were back on the roof to ensure all was going well. I had another appointment and left before they completed the roof. When I arrived, my roof was on, my yard was CLEAN, the area looked great.....along with my roof. Shortly after, Sid contacted me and wanted to know if everything was good. I told Sid it looked GREAT!!!Thank you "ALL" for making my summer complete. Thank you to Total Roofing.

Wow! Sid Gallagher was an on-sight active project manager from start to finish. Let’s talk start to finish- in just 12 hours our weather worn roof was totally removed and replaced as well as our new sky light! Mike the owner was our first contact in the process. He was very knowledgeable, and helpful with the insurance claim, and explained the entire process to us. Sid was the foreman on the job site. Sid was high energy, very respectful, and wanted nothing but the best result. Both were a pleasure to work with. We have a really complex roof. They were done with everything in a day and a half from tear off to new skylight installation to new roof. It was amazing to see how fast it all happened, including cleanup. Thanks gents!

Total Roofing did an excellent job start to finish. Harrison was my first initial contact. He walked my roof with the insurance adjuster. He was up front about what would be covered and likely not covered. I dealt with the owner Mike a couple times. Mike tells it straight. Answered all my insurance and advice questions honestly. Jess was the glue throughout the process. If I had a question on schedule, she didn't lead me on, gave me real expectations. She always responded same day with questions. Roofing color, invoicing, gutters, scheduling, and anything else you can think of (I ask a lot of questions.) Jess always traveled to collect payment which I appreciate because I stay busy. She always provided pictures when needed. The team works well together and you can tell they stay busy but on top of it all. If you have a lead time with Total Roofing, ask yourself if you're willing to sacrifice what you want and quality for a quicker install. I didn't want a lesser product. These folks had my roof installed in less than 7 hours(including removing the old one.) They are top notch.
