Total Roofing replaced my roof this week and did a terrific job! Mike helped me through the process from the beginning and was helpful in answering all my questions, providing his expertise and assistance. Sid, my project manager, was super at keeping me informed and making sure I was happy and comfortable with the process all day. I am grateful for the support of this team and the professionalism and great workmanship of the Total Roofing team.

Total Roofing did an excellent job start to finish. Harrison was my first initial contact. He walked my roof with the insurance adjuster. He was up front about what would be covered and likely not covered. I dealt with the owner Mike a couple times. Mike tells it straight. Answered all my insurance and advice questions honestly. Jess was the glue throughout the process. If I had a question on schedule, she didn't lead me on, gave me real expectations. She always responded same day with questions. Roofing color, invoicing, gutters, scheduling, and anything else you can think of (I ask a lot of questions.) Jess always traveled to collect payment which I appreciate because I stay busy. She always provided pictures when needed. The team works well together and you can tell they stay busy but on top of it all. If you have a lead time with Total Roofing, ask yourself if you're willing to sacrifice what you want and quality for a quicker install. I didn't want a lesser product. These folks had my roof installed in less than 7 hours(including removing the old one.) They are top notch.

I can say that Total Roofing is the only roofing company I will work with in the future. After discovering hail damage on my roof, I reached out to the Total Roofing team, and they made the entire process incredibly straightforward. They provided a free, expert inspection, which gave me peace of mind right away. What impressed me the most was their collaborative approach; they were always responsive and flexible when it came to scheduling, discussing costs, and selecting materials. I couldn't be happier with the quality of my new roof. It looks perfect! I recommend Total Roofing to anyone in need of roofing services.

We are just starting the process but first impressions are important and Jessica Kelly was fantastic! She was not only professional and knowledgeable but VERY personalble and kind. This is going to be an expensive project for us so I was nervous to talk finances. She never judged and immediately had plan started after our first call.
