Great communications with these guys attentive , professional and a pleasure to work with. Harrison (team leader) was especially helpful and knowledgeable about the roof. When they say they be there (2 days) at 7 am. They mean it. Not used to that kind of professionalism from companies now day. Highly recommend them.

Total Roofing St. Louis is a reputable, locally owned and trusted company. The sudden wave of one-star reviews coming in all at once looks suspicious - likely the work of bots or a scam operation. It's a red flag when fake accounts try to undermine a legitimate business🤬

Total Roofing just completed putting a new roof on our house after we had hail damage from a storm earlier this year. Mike has been great to work with throughout the whole process. And the project manager, Sid, was awesome while the work was being done. Very attentive making sure everything was done right and also made sure everything was cleaned up upon completion.

Total Roofing has been great to work with! Mike Augustine explained everything to us, in basic homeowners terms, as we went thru the claims process. Mike helped us make sure the insurance didn't lowball or short us on what needed to be repaired and our claim was approved by, in full, by our insurance. His communication with us has been excellent. Our roof was replaced this week, and Sid was our Total Roofing on-site rep during the process. He made sure we were kept updated with the process and checked to make sure we didn't have any questions. Once our roof replacement was completed, Sid returned when my husband and I were both home to walk the property with us and make sure everything was taken care of and we were 100% happy. While we hope to never deal with insurance and storm damage again, we will absolutely contact Mike and Sid at Total Roofing if we do! 100% recommend Mike, Sid, and Total Roofing

Sid Gallagher, the project manager, over saw the undertaking with a keen eye for detail. He not only guaranteed everything ran smoothly, but ensured our home was completely restored as I left it. Total Roofing was the company that made time to get our roof tarped from spring storm damage this year, after we had called so many companies. They made time for us to help protect our home from further water damage. From the beginning they've been professional, helpful and fully transparent with us. Harrison took the time to walk through the damage to our roof with our insurance adjuster and advocated heavily for us. Really appreciate all that he's done for us. The roof has been installed and it looks beautiful. Sid and the crew were phenomenal to work with. Sid was always available and answered all questions that we had for him (this was first time we've ever had a roof install)! Sid and his crew went above and beyond for us. In addition to excellent work they left our property looking as if they were never there. The crew were spectacular - they took care of branches from our neighbors tree that interfered the roof. I did not expect that and appreciate their attention to detail. Would recommend this company to anyone that is looking for work to be done. I can't forget to shout out Jessica in the office- she was so wonderful to work with. She went out of her way to reach out to me when I had questions. She even helped me out when she was at home, outside of her office hours!! Thank you all!!

I’m a bus driver in Waterloo and see Total Roofing all around town. My girlfriend needed a new roof and was shopping around. I told her to check out Total Roofing and, of course, they are going with them!! Can’t beat the pricing. Can’t beat the quality. Can’t beat the timing of service (very quickly)!! But MOST OF ALL, No one beats the CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I know the owner goes Above and Beyond to make sure his customers are satisfied!!! My husband and I will be shopping for a new roof soon and have no doubts that we will be contacting Mike Augustine for all his expertise and knowledge. We are so blessed to live right here in Waterloo. But no need to take my word for it, contact them yourself if you’re looking for a new roof!!!!!
