Harrison and associate came out to house for roof inspection after 4th of July storm. He got right up on the roof looking at damage and loose shingles. I think he was very thorough with inspection and shared information on findings. I’m very happy with the quick response from initial call, and that I chose a local company

I wanna recognize Dominic who initially introduced me to this type of service without even knowing that I needed it after I let him do a full inspection they gave me some ideas and insight on things that pertains to the roof. I spent a year and a half fighting my insurance company to get my roof repaired. Went through 2 denials. After calling Total Roofing I was given the "1st Class Treatment" from the office to the shingle, it was done in no time. Special thanks to:Hunter, Jim, Mike, Sid, and Dustin.Mike; the brains and leader behind the Group.Hunter, took the job on, until he moved to FL.Jim, was next, and helped me fight the battle and we won.Time to put the shingle to the roof.Sid and Dustin were here to ensure the roof was completed on time, installed correctly, cleaned-up completely, and my property returned to its original state. I was not home when they started, but arrived shortly after. Sid (the manager) and Dustin met me, by name, when I drove-up, and explained everything I needed to know from start to estimated finish. After our discussion, they were back on the roof to ensure all was going well. I had another appointment and left before they completed the roof. When I arrived, my roof was on, my yard was CLEAN, the area looked great.....along with my roof. Shortly after, Sid contacted me and wanted to know if everything was good.
