I called total roofing for a free no obligation roof inspection. Very easy to schedule, Carlos and Harrison came out a couple days later. They were thorough and strait forward. I asked a lot of questions and Carlos was very detailed in his responses. Harrison used a drone and they explained their findings. I plan to call Total Roofing in the future.

We contacted Total roofing after a hail storm last year. We initially had our door knocked by a storm chasing national company that not only tried selling cheaper inferior materials and then lied about local codes involving decking to try and up charge us an extra 5k..After the national company flaked out and stopped returning calls and ran off with my deposit check (I had to cancel it) I called total roofing and spoke with Jess, she sent out a inspection specialist, he went over damage, color options/ material options explaing the durability of every combination of choices ! After deciding on colors for roof and siding Jess promptly emailed me over bids and a finance link, i signed the contract and applied for financing probably only took 10 minutes from start to finish ! Roofing crew came out and worked from 6 a.m.to 7p.m. finishing my roof in a single day not only does my roof look beautiful but the roofing crew member spent over an hour cleaning my whole yard, I haven't found a single nail or scrap from the roof at all, a week later the siding crew came out removed the old siding, re wrapped my home and installed the new siding and trim, we couldn't be happier! Big shout out to Ron the project supervisor for keeping us informed on the process and making sure everything is perfect and thanks to Jess for the help with contract and insurance correspondence !

Harrison came out for a quote and was exceptionally kind and knowledgeable. Jessica called to discuss the quote and lower prices and was also kind and professional. The owner additionally called and was willing to negotiate some of the price. Overall I would recommend letting them come out and give a free quote for you as the process was easy and quick.
